The Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FlaSEIA), founded in 1977, is a nonprofit professional association of companies involved in the solar energy industry. Members include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, retailers and consultants who provide solar water heating, pool heating and solar electric systems. Research Centers and Utilities also are members.

The Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association represents and serves energy professionals and renewable energy users. We promote the use of solar energy and conservation to improve the environment and create a sustainable future. The Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association represents the solar industry in Colorado. Membership is comprised primarily of active, passive, and photovoltaic companies that provide both residential and commercial system products and services to consumers and businesses. CoSEIA is the Colorado state chapter of the national Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) , and was organized in 1989.
The El Paso Solar Energy Association (EPSEA) was founded in 1978 and is the oldest, continuously active, local solar organization in the United States. EPSEA publishes a monthly newsletter on solar energy and EPSEA activities. The purpose of EPSEA is to further the development and application of solar energy and related technologies with concern for ecologic, social and economic fabric of the region (West Texas, Southern New Mexico, Northern Mexico). In addition to monthly meetings/seminars, EPSEA conducts technology demonstrations, information booths, and conducts project development work related to renewable energy technologies in the Southwest U.S. and Northern Mexico. EPSEA is a Chapter Member of the Texas State Solar Energy Society, of the American Solar Energy Society. EPSEA is a registered nonprofit 501 (c) (3)
The California Solar Energy Industries Association (CAL SEIA) was founded in 1977 as a nonprofit solar industry trade association organized by professionals of the solar energy industry, which includes small scale solar thermal, photovoltaic, and solar thermal electric technology companies or others doing solar-related business in the State of California. CAL SEIA members are committed to the advocacy of solar energy in the public, legislative, and policy arenas and pledge to conduct their business in a manner which conforms with its published Code of Ethics. CALSEIA serves as a forum for the discussion of the legal, economic and technical issues affecting the use of solar energy. By becoming a source for information, CALSEIA will educate members and non-members alike about the application of clean and self-renewing energy available from the sun.

The IEPA is a non-profit trade association representing the interests of firms involved with cogeneration, wind, solar, hydroelectricity, and geothermal technologies. The IEPA advocates policies that create market opportunities for the independent power industry.
The New York Solar Energy Industries Association, NYSEIA, is an association of solar energy companies and other persons interest in solar energy in New York State. NYSEIA works to help commercial and residential energy users understand how energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy can help them lower energy costs and get their energy in environmentally friendly ways. Joining NYSEIA will allow you to keep up to date on industry news (through the SEIA Journal and trade newsletters). Member dues help support NYSEIA's educational activities. NYSEIA is actively working with government and utility companies to find win-win scenarios for the increased use of renewable energy.
