US Renewable Energy Association

USREA is a volunteer renewable energy advocacy organization. We are made up of members just like you from across the USA. We rely on input, news and perspective from our members and partner companies to help spread the word about technologies that are revolutionary, and have the potential to change the way we power our future. We seek participation from schools, renewable companies, researchers and R. E. enthusiasts to assist with content and perspective, so we can share with others. North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP)

NABCEP offers certifications and certificate programs to renewable energy professionals throughout North America. NABCEP began that work by creating a certification program for solar electric installers referred to as the NABCEP Solar PV Installer Certification. As of January 2012, 1952 individuals have passed NABCEP™s PV Installer Certification exam. There are 256 NABCEP-certified Solar Heating Installers. There are 12 NABCEP Certified Small Wind Installers and there are 197 NABCEP Certified PV Technical Sales Certificants.

Solar Energy Industries Association

The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) is the national trade association of solar energy manufacturers, dealers, distributors, contractors, installers, architects, consultants, and marketers. We work to expand the use of solar technologies in the global marketplace. Here, you can find out how to get involved as an individual or a solar business, keep up on the latest solar policy news, and find out about contractors and incentives for buying solar yourself.

Solar Electric Power Association

South Dakota Renewable Energy Association

In addition to educational activities, we partner with other non-profit groups in the state to support new policies encouraging renewable energy development. We also work with policy makers, government agencies, and individuals to implement renewable energy programs. Our members are playing a major role in making South Dakota a better place to live and work.
