California Hydrogen Business Council

The CHBC was organized in 1997 to provide a formal link between various organizations committed to business development related to hydrogen. Membership meetings approximately at quarterly intervals are held regionally within California. These meetings include technical presentations, updates on regional hydrogen affairs, as well as member company activities in the hydrogen field.

Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI)

Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) is a global trade association that represents the semiconductor and flat panel display equipment and materials industries. Founded in 1970 in the United States, SEMI has evolved into a worldwide organization committed to free trade and open markets. The primary goal of SEMI is to help its members expand their global marketing opportunities and improve access to their customers and industry, government and civic leaders. SEMI accomplishes this goal by providing its members with up-to-date, industry-specific information and educational resources needed to manage their company and market their products more effectively.

Northern California Solar Energy Association

NorCal Solar is a volunteer-based grassroots membership organization established in 1975 by professional and lay solar energy enthusiasts. Its mission is to foster the development and application of solar energy through the exchange of information. We are a chapter of the American Solar Energy Society, www. ases. org.

Independent Energy Producers Association

The IEPA is a non-profit trade association representing the interests of firms involved with cogeneration, wind, solar, hydroelectricity, and geothermal technologies. The IEPA advocates policies that create market opportunities for the independent power industry.
