The Pharaoh's Pump Foundation is an Oregon based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which is dedicated to the development of energy efficient, nonpolluting technologies. Our current focus is on the development and implementation of very efficient water pumping technologies that would be useful in agricultural and business applications in both industrialized countries and third world countries around the globe. Not only is this emerging technology efficient it is also cost effective. This water pumping technology is being developed in a manner that would allow local communities to manufacture this efficient water pump in their own communities by their own cottage industries with local materials.

Solar Energy Association of OregonSolar Energy Association of Oregon

The Solar Energy Association of Oregon (SEA of O) is an active public interest group dedicated to a permanently sustainable energy future through the promotion of conservation, solar energy, renewable resources and sound resource planning. SEA of O monitors the Northwest and national energy scene to determine how we can be most effective. We stay abreast of new technologies and advocate sustainable energy in public policy. We provide the latest energy information to professionals, policy makers and the public. SEA of O is the Northwest chapter of the American Solar Energy Society and the International Solar Energy Society, associations of professional engineers and architects involved in renewable energy research.

Renewable Northwest Project (RNP)

In 1994, a broad coalition of public-interest organizations and energy companies created the Renewable Northwest Project (RNP) to promote renewable energy development in the region. Since its inception, RNP has been a forceful advocate in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, for basing the region's energy future on clean, renewable resources, such as solar, wind and geothermal.
