The shareholders are Total (50%) and GDF SUEZ (through Electrabel (47, 5%) and Soltech (2, 5%)). The multicrystalline photovoltaic cells are produced using state-of-the-art technology developed by IMEC. Photovoltech reported revenue of almost 80 million Euros in 2009.
